Thanks! I forgot to mention one of the most important things in the review -- email connectivity! Using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Reader and so on is a breeze with the Storm. In addition, my contacts sync with Gmail with no problems. If my phone goes, my data stay safe.

Great review, Bob. You're good at this. The video was excellent. I'm stuck having to get the Storm, but feel better about it now. Email is important to me. The Blackberry is great at letting me stay up to the minute with my email anywhere there's a cell phone base station. I don't have to sync with a computer wired to the Internet or be in a wifi spot. I'm not sure how the iPhone's mobileme service compares, but I doubt that it is as good as the Blackberry Enterprise Service (only available to corporate employees) which links to Outlook Exchange. Since I don't have an iPhone, it's hard for me to make a comparison, but the Blackberry allows me the freedom of working productively while I'm out of the office. Don't get me wrong, I'm an Apple devotee and a long-time Macophile. I like my Blackberry, too.
