I’m mostly speechless. It appears that in this man’s world, anything can be justified with a creepy smile and a pat, or 42, on the back.

I saw this video on Gawker today. It is so creepy! What is going through this guy’s head, and what is his obsession with touching people? A good example of what not to do.
